Treveri™  FREE CRUISE Incentive - Program Terms & Conditions

   Treveri’s “Sell Seven, Cruise To Heaven” (SSCH) FREE Luxury Cruise Incentive program is open to all design, décor and textiles professionals who actively promote and sell Treveri’s Custom Flat Woven Rug lines and who register to be a program participant. The promotion is open to individual participants only. The 23-month term of the SSCH program shall commence on January 01, 2008 and conclude on December 01, 2009. The incentive program enrollment fee for participants is paid by Treveri and there is no cost of enrollment to participants.

   Registered program participants who complete the purchase of a minimum of seven (7) Treveri custom flat woven rug orders, defined (for purposes of the promotion) as a minimum of seven (7) separate rug orders totaling a minimum of 600 square feet of product, shall be sent (within 30 days of completion of payment of the seventh qualifying rug order) a cruise gift certificate redeemable for a 7-day luxury cruise (for two passengers) through the award-winning luxury cruise travel agency Cruise Club™. The gift certificate may be used as payment in full for select 7-day cruise vacations/departure dates to several popular itineraries, including the Caribbean, Alaska and the Mexican Riviera. The gift certificate covers the cruise vacation only, and does not apply to airfare or other optional expenses. Nominal taxes may be the responsibility of the certificate holder. The cruise includes world-class dining, lavish shipboard entertainment, shipboard recreation and passenger activities, 5-star guest services provided by the cruise line, 24-hour room service, sea transportation to multiple ports of call and more.

   There is no limit to the number of cruise vacation gift certificates which can be won by any registered participant in the program. Each certificate is good for payment in full of the cruise fare for two passengers. Rug orders placed before the program commenced on January 1, 2008 and orders placed before a participant registers for and is accepted into the incentive do not count toward the seven order goal. Program concludes at 12:00 noon Pacific Time on December 1, 2009, no exceptions. Orders not completed (paid in full) by that deadline do not count toward the incentive goal. Participants who achieve the incentive goal may immediately book their cruise vacation through Cruise Club™ (phone: 888-TO-THE-SHIP with certificate number) or may use their cruise gift certificate at their convenience prior to its expiration twelve (12) months from its date of issuance. Travel must be booked with Cruise Club™ no later than 12 months from certificate issuance. Travel must commence no later than 18 months from certificate issuance.
